My 3 favourite Nakd bars

NAKD BARS UK

I’m sure you’re all familiar with Nākd bars. They’re such handy little bars of nutritious goodness to keep in your handbag. If you suffer from food allergies, intolerances or simply find yourself to be a little picky then you’ll know how useful Nākd bars are. I keep them in my handbag, take them on holiday and always have a stash at home. They’re perfect for those snack emergencies when I’m surround my nothing but dairy filled treats. It happens a lot.

All bars in the Nākd range are made with natural ingredients. They’re vegan friendly and are free from wheat, gluten and dairy. I can’t say there are any Nākd bars which I dislike. I do however have favourites and these are my current top 3. They aren’t in any particular order, they’re hold join first place.

The Bakewell Tart bar is delicious and tastes just like a Bakewell Tart. It’s not sickly but still sweet enough to feel like a treat with a cup of coffee.

The Lemon Drizzle is one I’ve only tried recently but have re-purchased a bunch of times. It has a lovely strong flavour of lemon and just like the Bakewell Tart, it’s sweet but not too sweet. I also found that it had a fab cakey texture.

Finally we have a new addition to my favourite Nākd bars and that’s the Blueberry Muffin. I wrote a post about about my love for this one the other day. This one has a lovely scent of blueberry when you open it up and from the first bite you get a strong flavour of blueberry. It has the texture of a muffin and goes down perfectly with a cup of coffee. I can’t wait to pick up another soon.

I also really like Cashew Cookie. It’s a little less sweet than the above and one I always keep a few packs of at home.
